2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to attend paid workshops or place orders.
3. Purchases and Billing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for orders.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Workshops: full refund if canceled 7+ days before the session; 50% refund within 3–6 days; no refund within 48 hours. Kits and tools: return unused within 30 days for a refund minus shipping.
5. Conduct
Respect studio rules, accessibility needs, and local foraging laws. We may remove participants who disrupt sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, guides, and course materials are owned by RadiantBond FloraWorks and provided for personal use. Do not distribute without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We make no medical, botanical, or financial guarantees. Always follow safety guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service or product.
9. Governing Law
